Outstanding Shares?
Does anyone know where I can get an up to date amount as far as outstanding shares of SPCL?
Why doesn't the OTC keep that information updated?

If I had all the historical L2 data, how would I go about calculating how many outstanding shares there are? Would I add up all buys and subtract all sells or something like that?
