Good luck. I understand risk. No company has ever hidden their address and stopped doing business because of a merger. Plenty have been resuscitated from the zombie ranks by a merger either for the name or the business.
This may work out as a restart of a startup (Pixelmags) using public funding available from a reverse merger into a shell (SPCL) down the line but when I see folks thinking hugh gains right out of the blocks it's a train wreck I'd rather avoid. There are no revenues from Pixelmags. So the starting price will be Share Price = 0.0001 + Hype. The RS will set the pps to .0001 and the prospectus will generate the hype. Giver Vert Capital's success in startups it's a long shot at best.
