Illegal short position? Shorting penny stocks isn't illegal. It's extremely high risk so most brokerage companies won't allow it. Whoever wrote that is misinformed, or I am. I haven't found anything indicating it's illegal to short penny stocks. If you have a reputable source showing otherwise please share it with me.
