Pretty comprehensive. Add the fact that every Trump agency appointee has found themselves in conflict, verbally and sometimes legally, with the stated purposes of the agencies they will head up.
Perry will be a hoot at Energy where his first directive will be to limit all agency memos to TWO bullet points, thus insuring that he will have sufficient fingers to summarize the points. Maybe.
