The financials up next and needed to approve the RS and reverse merger completion. Majority SPCL voted "for" both RS's and just need FINRA approval now. SPCL filed the new SS with NVSOS 25 MAY 2016. FINs according to the last 8K we will see o/a 31 JAN....so could see prior to 31 JAN or possibly after, but my money is on prior to 31 JAN! wink

Also according to the flings we know PixelMags Inc. became a subsidiary of Solaris/SPCL. Which is part of the reverse merger process of moving into the SPCL shell. The SEC/FINRA are already aware of the reverse merger and may not be months away once the FINs hit.

Once the FINs hit, we very well could see the RS take place right away, trading halted for "SPCL", and....reverse merger completion - Name and ticker change, along with new CUSIP. Also shares exchanged and PixelMags/PIXL shares trading on the NYSE or NASD! SPCL shares are currently being traded. The PPS will go by PixelMags valuation divided by the new low OS 18.33M! wink
