VC2/Vert Capital, Kip Madden, Michael Pope, Adam Levin all own pixel mags now the old owners are now running another company.
Pixelmags changed hands on 12 May 2015
Kip Madden is the new CEO.
Pixelmags is being run from Vert offices, with minimal staff.
