K&T, Yes the audits are important, but what effect it will have on pps is questionable since expenses now are greater than revenue at this point and the only thing propping it up from showing losses is the investment credit they use with the 150 million shares of ntgl. They need content and public awareness of ultraflix to get revenue rolling which will be then be reflected in pps increases.
