It's called calling someone at the company and asking. Filing a revised proxy isn't insider info. That has nothing to do with business progress or achievements that could assist in someone taking an unfair advantage or position in the stock. In fact, check out the proxy from last year! They sent out a preliminary and then a final before the shareholder meeting!
