GSAT been on a run and not done yet! FCC approval for TLSP sends this stock flying. Also 50 or so million short! I don't think anyone was expecting approval anytime soon but looks as though 4 votes yes with only one remaining vote! Only need 3. I think this will run to $7-8 dollar range.
