The shorts will not cover until forced to do so. Regulators have been captured so don't expect much help from them which leaves it up to the company to force them to cover. Revenues and earnings along with dividends are the quickest way to do it although NTEK has other options open to them. The NTGL distribution is certainly going to put pressure on the shorts. Should NTEK spin off Ultraflix that too will punish the shorts. I think NTEK has a plan as they must be very unhappy with the manipulation and the additional dilution caused by the abusive naked shorting which is criminal.
