I put in an order for 1,000,000 shares at 2:30 PM today and had the same problem. They told me that Baltia had also removed some information that was regarded as important. I tried to call HQ and found out that the phone service was temporarily disconnected. My last Fidelity purchase was November 29th with no problem. Anyone know whats going on?
