PLEASE REPORT the Baltia Wrecking Crew Facebook page. To do this, go to your Facebook account, then search for the Baltia Wrecking Crew page (link below), then click "More" and then "Report Page." The rest is up to you, but in my opinion, Hurley's page - other than being a complete scam and falsification of reality - is threatening to Baltia, so I'd recommend clicking the "threatening to me or someone I know" option, then "submit to facebook for review." Hopefully they'll take down the page soon.
