Don't know how long you've been reading this board, but daydreaming2 first noticed that CDEL was often the largest entity on the bid AND ask, with the result that it contains the price in a certain range. CDEL has had accusations by various government agencies of abusive trading practices, and they seem to have had their thumb on the scale for CTIX.
