When you actually read the 10Q's, and 8K's and the proxy material feel free to comment on the liabilities AND THE BRAND NEW compensation packages that were approved at the last shareholder meeting.
Until then ... your "I think" and incorrect thoughts about debts, liabilities and executive packagesarent gonna cut it.
