Micro, for the life of me I fail to see the connection between a Non Disclosure Agreement and CE removal or current financials. 

I've never heard of any major company suspending reporting because of an ancillary business deal, or even a merger, have you?  Not implying a merger, BTW, just pointing out that even extreme hush hush business deals don't usually preclude normal business reporting.

Reminds me of the hole that got dug in the back yard.  It always seem to take more dirt to fill it in.
