what non retail can't have is an educated retail .. specifically when it comes to
OTC companies and stocks (the OTC has been their fungible hunting ground for over a decade)

non retail's days of sending in *surrogates* to shake .. and even the impact
of *hit pieces* .. loses *impact* with an educated retail

that is why understanding what is reported each month by the MMs to Finra
matters .. the quality (and i do use that word loosely) of the tape of trades matters
*volume* (and volume avgs) matters .. and even the oft maligned by sub tiers
daily reg sho %s .. matters

what most don't realize .. is with a heavily manipulated and long targeted
OTC stock .. is the asset (value) the abusive short becomes for the targeted
OTC company that SURVIVES .. imo Cellceutix is an OTC SURVIVOR ..

nothing beats an *aware* OTC mgmt team .. building a granite foundation
