Hong Kong (SAR) population 7 million is a Special Administration Region (SAR) of China PRC with a population of 1.3 billions and a middle class of 300 million (almost the entire population of US in 2016 ) and any goods produced in Hong Kong SAR including medical supplies is generally duty free in the gigantic China PRC market!

This is probably also true for the EU market as any goods produced in any
EU member country is duty free in the gigantic EU market with 28 countries
and a population of 510 million almost one and a half times of the entire US population!
