While doing some DD on Clovis Oncology, I came across this article.

Many similarities exist between CLVS and CTIX, fundamentally speaking. No revenue, multiple potential blockbuster drugs in late trials, possible buyout target, etc. Pretty easy to see what can happen here in a short period of time.
