For those who aren't sure what "unlimited A/S" that comes with a WY incorporation means, let me break it down for you:
Potential for an unlimited A/S, yes.
Obligation to add unlimited shares to the A/S, absolutely not. It is possible to add zero shares to the A/S. It is also possible to add a number that approaches infinity.
Good job, Bill, in finding a state for $TPAC's incorporation that allows the flexibility regarding adding or not adding shares to the A/S (not to mention cheapo fees).
