Blank check? I've covered this once. Yes, the proxy listed the preferred shares as a blank check. It listed every possible power that a preferred share can hold. It was a template that was paste into the proxy without any modification, from my observation. We're told that this will be revised.

It's good discussion, but lets wait for the revision to be completely against preferred shares. Keep voicing your concerns to management in the meantime, but I expect significantly changed terms with respect to the powers the preferred shares can weld.
