The embarrassment lies within the individuals that dismissed the leaked emails as untrue. The embarrassment also lies within the shattered Democratic National Committee. When there is a consensus within the intelligence community that Russia hacked into the DNC and released such to Wiki.....then the embarrassment will lay with the outgoing administration(and DNC of course).

To blame the Russians is just plain foolish....because you would have to live in a cave to "not" think that this is standard practice among nations
