I dont think its tax loss selling. Millions of shares pre rs in dollar land would have been millions in funds. This is dilution and a group trying to control it with loading to flip. A few of the posters at ihub are known to flip often and pump at same time. ive saw them run .002 plays to multi pennies so thats the good news. Hopefully this is their next multi penny runner
