that may be true; if only 1 was interested. but I'd think others would also be buying.
I also think sh are still supportive of QMC, but aren't buying into a maybe like that, (considering possible risks involved).
....if QMC could reasonably show reason for that scenario; maybe Preferred could be considered w/very defined and restrictive power.
On the other hand, maybe those that wished for a faster $ would prefer a premium.
It's up to QMC to make their case.
