Most financial institutions won't touch QTMM on the OTC. So therefore, it won't drive share price. This is why they want to uplist and why it'll benefit us and quickly.

I imagine QMC will still be growing as they utilize those shares.

I only see the need for additional shares for employee incentive programs (small quantity of shares). After QMC uplists and has solid revenue, they'll qualify for a credit rating and have access to conventional financing sources: loans and lines of credit.
