Not sure what I was thinking when I responded before, but the investor in the $9.75 million is LINCOLN PARK CAPITAL FUND, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (the “Investor”).
All of the terms and conditions are included in the Purchase Agreement. What other kind of "stipulations" are you looking for?
