I have re-read it, and I've come to the conclusion that nobody at HQ has said there will be a R/S until we see it in a PR. I do believe that LT is speculating and has not heard directly from Baltia's CEO that there will, in fact, be a R/S. There are many other options randman, keep that in mind. With Kalitta on board, Baltia has A LOT of viable paths toward O/S reduction without a split...so again, I think LT is speculating. Perhaps the man himself would care to divulge his wisdom upon us?
