Pardon the intrusion Gentlemen...not wanting to complicate this dialogue, but as far as 'institutional investors' are concerned, I thought it worth noting the PR from 11/30 states that we already have at least one involved already...as quoted here:
"the Company recently entered into a $9.75 million common stock purchase agreement and registration rights agreement (the “Agreements”) with an institutional investor that is also an existing investor in Quantum."
