You are correct, it can be a good thing if done for the right reasons and at the right time.

I was involved in a penny that got up to 1.00, the did a 1 for 5, unlisted to the Nasdaq, went from 5.00 to 20.00 in less than a year.

It's certainly possible it will benefit us.
