I Just ckecked all the 8k's from the past 10 years.

almost all of them were related to toxic financing or share conversions of some sort. There were a couple about Jack P, new accountants etc.
No where was there a license agreement.
-none from coates power/asia
-none from mena
-none about any 100 million dollar engine purchase any where.
the last license agreement I found in a form 8 was in 2008 from well to wire (almont energy)
So its not like he releases 8k's for every hopeful deal.
the questions revolve around Secure llc. They are registered but are they all talk and how much action?
we will find out soon enough.
