A company's image and action(s) are important to investors and the mkt at large.
They have the RS tool at hand if it's really needed, (but would be considered carefully imo).
Since the power is already there, this current rush/push for approval is a bit disturbing to me.
I'd like more information and clarity. We've already faced a big change w/the CEO w/o any information from the company.
Other than the AS, why not give it a yr for investors assimilate the change that has happened and the impact possible contracts will have?
As has been stated; they already have the power for RS, if it's really needed.
