The company name is going to change, re-branding, per the PR on Nov 4.
With that, the inference is a new ticker symbol.
There are no details at this time how the re-structuring as stated in the PR, effects the A/S and O/S. Naysayers are saying R/S, we will be all wiped out, lose our asses etc....they no nothing, it's all made up lies...FUD.
Company execs, employees and insiders hold a ton of shares, so I ask, why would they harm themselves? Makes no sense right?
In the coming weeks we anticipate updates and details of the whole enchilada, so until then, no need to believe the fabrication of a few with an agenda.
