UMS LLC and CPD Mobile are the same thing. I thought it made the situation more clear to call it CPD since UMS LLC is owned by UMS Inc.
You have to agree that a part of this is missing. UMS LLC doesn't have shares. They have ownership interest by UMS Inc.
So the ownership interest by UMS Inc was cancelled and DEA will own 100% of the company?
This is very confusing and it needs an answer that makes sense. So far no one has answered the question in a way that makes sense.
