Actually UMS private shares all went to iTALK and in exchange iTALK shares went to UMS. The iTALK shares that went to UMS are being cancelled and shares of a different company will replace them and they will be owned by DEA.

I was trying to keep this discussion off the board but I have not gotten an answer to this that makes any sense yet.

I am sure its simple...but it needs to be clarified.

Why doesn't someone contact Levy and ask him what is going on here.
