We have 2 8's for the same lab. This is the one for Oct. 19& Oct.27: Did we give 460K +210k for 670K of Preferred D? If so we paid 167,500,0000 if not why was the 8k not amended as 8ka Looking to see how many shares in preferred

On October 19, 2016, the Company entered into a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement to purchase 100% of the ownership of Greenhaus Analytical Labs, LLC. for 460,000 shares of Series “D” preferred stock and a $340,000 promissory note.
Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
On October 26, 2016, the Company entered in to an Asset Purchase Agreement with Green Style Consulting, LLC. Effective, November 1, 2016, the company will own all assets of Green Style Consulting, LLC d/b/a Green Style Analytics, including 1,300 client names, analytical testing equipment, brands/websites, and the vanity toll-free number 844-420-TEST for 210,000 shares of Series “D” preferred stock and a $70,000 promissory note.
