I believe that the fact that there will only be 18mil shares outstanding after R/S, there will be a mad push to get in before the split. The float should be 14mil or so post split.
I think it could go above .25 pre split from volume alone. Of course there are forces that will be in play that will keep PpS at or around .04 immediately pre split. They don't want a reverse split at a dollar to make post split PPS at $100. It would only go down from there. I'd say it will hover at .25 with a quick spike to .68 for about 2 seconds
