I think the good early 8 week efficacy results seen in the 200mg eased many nerves. Now with probability at 6 weeks of even better lesion response at the higher dose could well cement Prurisol as the physicians choice and BP will want in. Who wants to wait months when you can see clearing in a few weeks. I'm thinking with early data coming in March/April we see some real excitement.
