I see the Certification process moving a lot faster this time around. Most of procedures are already established and were approved by the FAA. Plus Kalitta already has manuals and procedures accepted by the FAA for the 767-300 which most like will be shared to Baltia. Just a little cut and paste to fit their procedures as a Part 121 Airline. I see Lt.'s estimate of June/July being a real possibility! Great time are coming!!!
