Coca Cola wanted to make it clear that SHOM's contract wasn't directly with them - thus they said it didn't exist. To be more accurate, the contract was made with SHOM's agent in Taiwan that turned out to be for Coca Cola. CCEJ was just being extra clear on the details of what took place with the contract IMO. All is good here.
