Chapter 11 has nothing to do with filings. It does not change anything. It does not affect any filings, present or future.
The company is better off. It will reduced all UMS LLC debt.
This is good for shareholders.
You did not lose any money as what is happening today is that people that don't understand business along with short sellers caused stock to go down.
They are wrong and people that understand will make a killing as the stock will rebound.
ITalk is stronger with the UMS chapter 11.
