My reply from Ed Whelan bodes well for Biel's future IMO! No clues here but its been a hard week no doubt. FDA news is just in time to be announced after the Obama opiod addiction health legislation!

We have the attorneys reviewing the Ruling. When that is completed BIEL should have a PR.
On the FDA I thought we would have something back already. Just no way to know. CEO say’s January.
