iHub continues to be under DDOS attack that affected the entire datacenter where our servers reside. Despite mitigation efforts designed to eliminate the attack, the ISP is declining to restore our access to the network until they are satisfied that corrective steps are sufficient to prevent any further interruptions. Unfortunately, they do not have the same sense of urgency that we do. We are endeavoring to restore access as soon as possible.
P.S.
I do not expect access to be restored by market open; we have to wait for the US-based day management to show up and then re-make our case to them. Again, apologies for the inconvenience. We feel your pain 24x7.
UPDATE: This evening after the ISP's maintenance window opens we will implement of a comprehensive reintegration plan to slowly test and bring our infrastructure back online. This procedure was required by the ISP in order to ensure that another event doesn't happen that affects their other customers. Once complete we will monitor for unexpected traffic for several hours and expect to be back on line in the morning.
