Agreed. That bullshit of just yelling "scam" or "the CEO is dumping shares" or "SEC is shutting this down" is absurd. No proof, but it gets posted for years on whatever stock.
Freedom of Speech? No -- I liken it to the old rule: You don't get to yell "FIRE" in a crowded theater when there is no fire and claim Freedom of Speech. You're guilty of creating panic and should be charged with it.
Most bashers have never even owned said-stock they knock. And I don't mind a "warning," but you're right -- normal dialogue and debate then is fine. But then move on if no one cares about the "warning."
