Yeah, I know the goal. I also know what 10-K's look like anyhow much effort goes into them let alone the 2 we are expecting. The company Pixel was an un audited company and they are in the process of being audited which is a painstakingly long process. At the end of the day, I hope we see net positive income from operations. The company is looking for capital to grow, and I believe this will be one of the only tech companies of this type available for trading. The R/S is a process thats voted on by the share holders, I'm a little confused how they have proposed a date without our vote.
