Said it many times before.
IMO; dip & rip plays are more about,
Philosophy & Psychology then technicals.
(Lean the meaning of both words)
Proven time after time.
What i look for, is panic plays with huge volume.
Then usually there down for three reasons. (Look for the reason)
1) Panic; from failed product. (Most of the time overreaction)
2) Panic; Complacency or Incompetence. (Most of the time its being address, immediately)
3) Panic; Reflection of the market and world events,
Or a Hedge fund dump, which cause a chain of events.(Patience and vision)
Put as many dip & rips on watch as you can, Then learn them.
