so if they stopped then shares will come off restriction until feb
means they'll still be selling into march and april, et.al

but if they "needed" the money to operate ( at a loss), we'll see that in the fins soon enough (as they report )



so spring to summer might be meaningful - if they can stop issuing shares. and if their "services" business stops bleeding $500k per whatever

interesting . how they have a losing "services" business ? and maintain a broken web link ? scary. how does a company attract any "new business" with a broken link ? maybe the broken-link business is share-selling

anyone know how long that link has been defunct ?
