No-one needs to sell below the price they bought in at. Right now 1.5B shares have traded at $0.0004 or higher over the past 2 months. At some point there will be a single share that has to trade higher for someone to make a profit selling it.
You're really looking at a stock that's close to being completely locked up, if not already there.
Tax loss selling is done. If you review the chart from twelve months back, $BCAP is higher today than it was then. The only people who would sell for tax losses are buyers over the last two months. Doesn't make sense that they would be sellers now.
It'll take some confidence generating from Matt, but $BCAP should move higher at least from the lock-up perspective in addition to actual business.
With respect to volume: many people don't buy at this time of year.
