I will speculate that when DF found out that he could not reverse split and he is being sued by the subs, he has just quit to go make money and leave them with the problems. I doubt Hank is doing much if anything at all other than filing that last 8K. If there is an active search for a CEO I would be surprised. Anyone who takes the job would need to do it for free until the litigation is all settled and then who knows what will be left of the company.

I would like to be positive about this because I have a lot invested but I don't have the ability to jump in and run it and honestly it would not be worth my time because of the shape it is in.

My opinion is that there was a real reason the financials could not be put out and we may never know what it was. Financials could have saved this stock but for some reason it did not happen. I would love to know why, but I doubt we will find out.
