BMXC filed an RW late Thursday which rescinds the private placement they were going to do. There has been selling for the past several days, now the RW filing means selling was not coming the S1 registered on 11/21, therefore the theory is that the market makers have been shorting before the S1 shares hit the market. Now those shares are not going to be sold! Major squeeze coming today
