Well, just because you can do something doesn't mean you will do it, right?
If you owned TPAC, and you just made the same move to reduce the administrative costs of the business, what would you tell your shareholders when they reacted by telling you that you're selling the business down the river because of the unlimited cap on the authorized shares?
