As others have said the move is no biggie.
Corporations do this for specific reasons, usually tax benefits, operating cost reductions, lower fees, etc. Setting up as a Delaware corp is also common again for specific reasons.
Geez , look at JCI recently, they merged with Tyco Int just so they can say there HQ is in Ireland to save $150mil in taxes...lol
Im sure Wyoming has its own specifics, Bill seems to be a pretty bright guy, so "In Bill We Trust"..
Look on the bright side...if this doesn't pan out we always have 4.5billion sheets of toilet paper to sell!
